Job Title:  Summer Intern, Corporate Legal (Undergraduate)

Reports to: Manager, Paralegal

Location: Goleta, CA (Hybrid) – Typically 4 times per week in office, Monday – Thursday

The Role

As a Corporate Legal Intern, you’ll join our Legal team to gain hands-on experience in legal operations and intellectual property protection. You’ll work in a collaborative environment, supporting the team with administrative tasks and research, while learning from experienced professionals. This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a dynamic legal department. 

Approximate Dates of this Internship are May/June 2026 through August 2026

Your Impact

• Provide administrative support to legal department 
• Support activities will include shadowing and supporting the team with continuous improvement projects and other day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with organization of legal documents and files
• Support the Legal Administrative Assistant with ad-hoc tasks

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program (junior standing) 
• Experience in an office setting is a plus
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work well with others

$20/hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in Goleta, CA. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
