In this role, you will be instrumental in the development of a cutting-edge AI-powered solution integrated into our InSight® Digital Experience Platform (DXP). You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and strategic business needs by refining prompt architectures, synthesizing complex datasets, and ensuring the output of our AI models meets the highest standards of accuracy and professional communication.

What You’ll Do

As an intern on the AI Services team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Design and iteratively refine prompt architectures to convert unstructured data into structured, high-quality outputs for AI-driven solutions.

  • Quality Assurance: Audit AI model outputs for consistency and reliability, helping to solve "GIGO" (Garbage In, Garbage Out) challenges through meticulous data curation.

  • Strategic Collaboration & Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and refine the product vision, shaping requirements and synthesizing technical and business perspectives into cohesive product documentation.

  • Program Management Support: Assist with project tracking and status reporting to ensure initiatives stay on schedule and adhere to established governance standards.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of strategic thinking, technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills:

  • Education: Current enrollment in or recent Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

  • AI/LLM Knowledge: Familiarity with foundational AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, NLP) and practical experience with prompt engineering or optimizing AI model outputs.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Google Workspace) and a focus on data-driven quality assurance.

  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and produce clear, professional documentation.

  • Agility: Demonstrated curiosity and agility in quickly learning and utilizing new technology, software platforms (e.g., SAAS, knowledge management systems), and internal tools.

What We Offer

  • Salary details: $27.00 per hour.

  • Shifts: Standard business hours during the four-month program.

  • Location: Remote.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with the experience.

  • Paid time off/holidays according to regional intern policy.

  • Flexible work options to support work–life balance.
