What You’ll Do
🔐 Platform Access & Identity Governance
Administer access, roles, and security groups across Copilot Studio, Foundry, and M365
Manage RBAC, managed identities, service principals, and Entra Agent IDs
Enforce least‑privilege access and conduct periodic access reviews
Oversee license assignment, usage monitoring, and cost controls
📊 Information Governance & Compliance
Administer Microsoft Purview capabilities including DLP, audit, information protection, and eDiscovery
Partner with Security and Privacy teams on sensitivity labels, retention, and AI‑related compliance controls
Support audit evidence gathering and regulatory reporting requirements
Configure tenant‑level controls that influence Copilot experiences and data access
☁️ Environment & Resource Administration
Create and manage Azure AI Foundry resource groups, environments, and workspaces
Maintain Dev/Test/Prod separation for Copilot Studio and Foundry
Configure secure networking, firewalls, and Private Link connectivity
Ensure only approved connectors and data sources are used in AI workloads
🛡 Governance, Monitoring & Operations
Enforce AI governance standards, guardrails, and design controls
Monitor platform usage, credit consumption, performance, and drift
Configure logging, alerting, and telemetry using Azure Monitor and App Insights
Act as Tier 2/3 support for platform‑level issues and escalations
🔗 Connectors, APIs & Automation
Maintain and govern approved connectors and integrations
Administer Dataverse environments and permissions
Support REST, Graph API, and secure credential integrations
Build Power Automate workflows to reduce manual effort where appropriate
📈 Reporting & Audit Support
Produce regular reports on:
License and credit usage
Access reviews
Agent usage and KPIs
Security exceptions and governance compliance
Maintain audit trails aligned with Internal Audit standards
What We’re Looking For
Must‑Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years administering Azure, M365, or Power Platform environments
Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Dataverse
Strong knowledge of Azure RBAC, managed identities, service principals
Experience with Purview, data governance, privacy, or compliance controls
Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Power Automate, CLI, Python)
Nice‑to‑Have (Not Required)
Microsoft Copilot or M365 Copilot administration experience
Deeper Purview experience (DLP, retention, audit, encryption)
Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry concepts and AI resource governance
Experience supporting AI‑enabled or regulated enterprise environments
