Your Role: Study Manager

As a Study Manager at the Yarrandoo R&D Centre Australia, you will support the planning, design, execution, and reporting of clinical and field studies to support the development of new animal health products and label extensions. In this role, you will work closely with global and regional teams to ensure high-quality study outcomes while maintaining compliance with regulatory, scientific, and animal welfare standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, manage, and report field and laboratory studies across livestock and companion animals

  • Act as Investigator and/or Study Director for GxP studies, developing protocols and reports in collaboration with global project teams

  • Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with internal and external regulatory, quality, and animal welfare standards

  • Interpret study data and contribute scientific insights to support compound evaluation and development decisions

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support knowledge sharing, training, and continuous process improvement

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a science-related discipline (Veterinary Medicine preferred but not essential)

  • Experience: Understanding of research and/or development processes with broad scientific and technical knowledge in animal health

  • Key Skills: Strong scientific/technical writing and communication skills, effective time management, and attention to detail

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Experience acting as Investigator or Study Director in GxP, VICH GCP, or OECD GLP studies

  • Knowledge of animal health products, parasites, and disease models

  • Experience liaising with external research partners or CROs

  • Ability to interpret complex scientific data and translate findings into clear reports

  • Experience contributing to operational planning and process improvement initiatives

Additional Information:

  • Travel: Limited travel; flexibility required for study-related activities

  • Location: Yarrandoo R&D Centre, Kemps Creek, Western Sydney (on-site role)
