We have an exciting opportunity for a Studio Coordinator to join our Sydney based Creative team. This is contract position for a period of 12-months. 

The purpose of this role is to run the day-to-day Creative Studio operations, ensuring seamless BAU delivery, strong stakeholder alignment, and disciplined prioritisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead weekly prioritisation and planning sessions across Creative and key stakeholders (Marketing, SEO)
• Identify and resolve delivery risks early, escalating with solutions when required.
• Maintain accurate planning systems, documentation, and studio governance.
• Ensure all jobs are briefed properly, scoped appropriately, prioritised transparently, closed and archived correctly.
• Clearly communicate and advocate the studio needs and considerations to key stakeholders in the wider business.
• Build strong working relationships with Marketing leads and Product stakeholders.
• Identify friction in workflow and proactively suggest improvements.
• Independently lead and own BAU studio operations, ensuring stable delivery while the Studio Manager focuses on automation and high-level strategic work.
• Provide direct feedback to stakeholders when briefs or timelines are misaligned.

What you will bring to the role:

• 3+ years of experience in a creative studio, creative traffic, project management, or marketing operations role.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading prioritisation and planning forums is desirable.
• Strong commercial judgment in balancing timelines, scope, and capacity.
• Confident stakeholder management skills, able to challenge and influence senior partners.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana or similar) is helpful.
• Familiarity with creative production workflows across digital, motion, and campaign assets.
