Job Description:

What will you do?

  • Assist in the development or streamlining of tools, templates and processes to support delivery of Corporate Real Estate projects.
  • Assist Project Coordinators in the tracking and reporting of Real Estate project delivery.
  • Assist Project Management team in the delivery of Real Estate capital improvement projects.
  • Conduct training and provide assistance to team members on Project Management processes.
  • Support the team on the Project Management software tool as required.
  • Support the team in file management and organization.
  • Create reports and metric reporting on team and project performance.
  • Help support and champion Digital Enterprise ways of working.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Interpersonal skills including good team player with the ability to work independently
  • Own your tasks and see them through to the end.  Help move projects forward by tracking team action items and following up as needed
  • Advanced Microsoft Office including Word, Project and PowerPoint.   Strong knowledge and ability to use Excel.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of JIRA
  • Experience working within an agile team or project; understanding of scrum framework
  • Business acumen
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
  • Organized, methodical and meticulous

Qualifications

  • 3rd – 4th  year student in the fields of Technology, Architectural Sciences, Engineering, Business, or Project Management

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
