Noise characterization requires complicated lab setups. With this project we progress towards an on chip monitoring circuit, working with simplified characterization setups. Contributes to the design, simulation, and verification of analog monitoring circuits. Schematic entry and analog spice simulations. As an intern, learns and applies knowledge, builds skills, and explores future career opportunities through handson experience and projects that support Intel business goals in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's student in Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Background in semiconductor devices and/or circuit design
  • Experience with electrical characterization techniques
  • Proficiency in SPICE simulation tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of thermal effects in semiconductor devices
  • Familiarity with advanced transistor technologies (FinFET, Gate All Around FET)
  • Experience with AC-DC mixed methods or pulsed measurement techniques
  • Understanding of circuit modeling and simulation
