Student Marketing Assistant – EMEA Marketing Operations (6 month fixed term - 3 days per week)

Nordhavn/Copenhagen Part time

Support strong commercial project and operational planning in the EMEA region

In this role, you will support the EMEA regional marketing team in the project planning process that drives our product launches and regional campaign initiatives. Your purpose will be to ensure smooth execution of these processes with our stakeholders and keep deadlines on track throughout. 

You will report to Claus Sande Hansen, Marketing Manager for Northern & Alpine Clusters, and the position is based at our HQ in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. 

Your new team 

You will be part of the EMEA Field Marketing Team, spread across local markets, and work closely with colleagues in our regional and global marketing organization at HQ. We offer a friendly, dynamic, and engaging work environment with opportunities for self-development. 

You will help position Nilfisk among the strongest players in the market by working closely with key stakeholders in Marketing to ensure all activities support the business strategy and deliver commercial impact. 

What you’ll do: 

Coordinate and support the project planning process for regional launches and campaigns.  

Participate in launch planning tasks, including briefings with Global Marketing.  

Handle relevant data, planning tools, and communication with EMEA and Global Marketing stakeholders:  

  • Own and update the product launch excellence file; share and communicate with stakeholders. 

  • Update launch folders in Teams. 

  • Maintain launch overviews and share input for production plans with Global Marketing. 

  • Draft Launch Kick-Off templates and share with stakeholders. 

  • Communicate via email and Teams meetings with EMEA/Global Marketing; send out meeting invites. 

  • Coordinate and prepare launch performance reviews and internal surveys post-launch. 

Collaborative and structured with a detailed mindset 

We imagine you have some related work experience from project handling at a professional work environment, preferably with English as the chosen language. You have skills that applies well when it comes to marketing project planning and stakeholder management, and you are capable of being involved in and handling more than one project with different stakeholders at the same time. 

On a more personal level, you are detailed, structured with a good eye for planning and keeping deadlines, and you find it easy to communicate, collaborate and engage with other people in an international environment. 

We expect you to be a natural communicator in English and with good user skills in MS Office Excel, PPT, Outlook and Teams.
