The OpportunityAs a Release & Delivery Management Intern, you will provide critical support to both our Release and Delivery Managers. Your responsibilities will include:
Release Coordination: Assisting the Release Manager with planning, scheduling, and managing software releases across multiple teams.
Delivery Management: Supporting the Delivery Manager by helping to track team progress, identify dependencies, and remove obstacles.
Agile Process Management: Participating in and helping to facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) with a focus on overall delivery flow.
Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a key point of contact, tracking progress, and communicating status, risks, and changes to all stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Observing our release and delivery frameworks to help identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Tracking & Reporting: Helping to track key metrics and preparing status updates for the management team.
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated student who is passionate about process, communication, and efficiency.
Currently enrolled in a university or college program, such as Business Administration, Project Management, IT Management, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
A powerful communicator (both written and verbal) who is comfortable liaising with different teams.
A problem-solver with a strong interest in Agile, Lean, and/or DevOps methodologies.
Curious and eager to learn about the management side of a high-tech environment.
Bilingualism (French/English) is essential for this role in our Montréal office.
