Reporting to the Director, Global Privacy and Data Ethics, the Compliance Co-op will assist the Global Privacy and Data Ethics team with job aids, procedures documents, updating internal websites and help with training and awareness programs as needed.

What will you do? 

• Assist with development, organization and updates of Privacy-related procedure guides, resource documents and job aids including reviewing existing materials, gathering information from Privacy subject matter experts, drafting and updating documentation.
• Assist with formatting reports, including content improvement and organization of data and report repositories.
• Assist with the implementation of changes in response to new privacy legislation and regulation.
• Assist with development of Privacy-related training:
  • Research Privacy related topics
  • Work with the communications group to support communications strategy
  • Develop and deliver presentations while incorporating feedback
  • Help with content edits

What do you need to succeed?

• Two years of college/university
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
• Basic understanding of data analytics and visual data presentation
• Ability to work independently

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
