This co-op opportunity is voluntarily in person, remote or hybrid.  If you decide remote or hybrid,  you will be required to work within the province. Remote work outside of the province will not be a possibility. 

Sun Life seeks a talented individual to fill the role of Cloud CX Consultant, Co-op within Sun Life Enterprise Services. The ideal candidate will work within Sun Life’s enterprise Cloud Adoption team on enhancing consumer experience within CCOE, leveraging AI tools, document standards etc. 

Part of the Cloud Adoption team, the successful candidate will work with other CCOE support teams/squads, to provide and support solutions with client-centric, omni channel processes delivered through a consistent “One Sun” philosophy, achieving the goal of making it easier for our clients to do business with us.

What will you do?

  • Support the Consumer Experience squad team in the creation of solutions, conducting analysis to support these solutions across business and technical dimensions, solving enterprise-wide complex business requirements.

  • Demonstrate forward thinking around where the business is going and how technology can support these efforts.

  • Collaborate with the broader CCOE team to create and maintain requests supporting overall consumer experience at the top.

  • Develop marketing material, service documentation and best practices to support increased adoption and effectiveness of cloud services

  • Coordinate proactive service process improvements and provide insights on where AI can be leveraged.

  • Create proof of concepts for AI to be used in consumer experience enhancement. Developing documentation to describe and explain the concept and related solutions.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Enrolled in 2nd year or later of a university computer science, engineering or other technically-focused degree program with a graduation date of August 2026 or later

  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and team building skills

  • Excellent relationship management skills

  • Excellent problem analysis and trouble shooting skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to express ideas, thoughts and information so that it can be understood by various audiences and meets the customers' needs

  • Multi-tasker full of great energy and attitude to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment

  • Prior experience working in a matrixed or virtual environment

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
