Student Assistant – PMO / Program Coordinator (Commercial Excellence) 

Location: Denmark 

We are looking for a structured, analytical, and proactive Student Assistant to support program governance and project execution within Commercial Excellence. This role is ideal for someone interested in PMO, program coordination, and portfolio-level oversight, who enjoys creating structure, transparency, and consistency across commercial initiatives while combining work with university studies.

Your future team 

You will be part of a Commercial Excellence program setup, supporting Project Managers, Product Owners, and senior stakeholders across a portfolio of initiatives focused on sales effectiveness, customer experience, pricing, and commercial processes. The team works cross-functionally and across markets to drive consistency, performance, and scalability.

What you will be doing 

As a PMO / Program Coordinator, you will support the operational backbone of Commercial Excellence programs, ensuring alignment, transparency, and consistency across initiatives. 

Program & Project Governance Support 

  • Maintaining program- trackers, plans, action, risk and lesson logs 

  • Supporting governance routines by preparing materials for steering committees and commercial review forums 

  • Consolidating RAID & RAG (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies,scope,time,budget) inputs across projects 

  • Supporting alignment to agreed delivery models, milestones, and ways of working 

Reporting & Performance Management 

  • Collecting and consolidating project and initiative status updates from Project Managers and Product Owners 

  • Preparing standardized reports, dashboards, and executive summaries 

  • Maintaining KPI inputs related to delivery progress, commercial enablement, and adoption 

  • Supporting follow-up on actions, decisions, and dependencies across workstreams 

Tools, Templates & Documentation 

  • Updating and maintaining PMO templates, blueprint tools, and planning frameworks 

  • Ensuring commercial documentation is structured, version-controlled, and accessible (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence) 

  • Supporting continuous improvement of PMO standards and reporting formats within Commercial Excellence 

Communication & Coordination 

  • Supporting the program communication plan, including status updates and key messages to commercial stakeholders 

  • Coordinating meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, and action tracking 

  • Acting as a coordination point between PMs, POs, and program management 

 

What you bring 

  • Final year of a bachelor’s degree or first year of a master’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field 

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured mindset 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 

  • Interest in PMO, program management, and Commercial Excellence 

  • Experience working with trackers, templates, reports, and structured documentation 

  • Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar tools 

  • Ability to manage multiple inputs and priorities in an international environment 

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:
Bachelor students: 160 DKK/hour
Master students: 175 DKK/hour
Transportation allowance: 1000 DKK/month
