Student Assistant IT/OT Cybersecurity

About the Position

This role is designed for students with a strong interest in enhancing daily operations and supporting our teams as we build and mature our cybersecurity capabilities. Your primary responsibility is to assist the teams in their day-to-day activities.

Key tasks may include:

• Enhance and manage our engaging Intranet.
• Contribute to internal communications at our Danish site, ensuring clear and consistent cybersecurity messaging across the organization.
• Assist with various IT and OT cybersecurity projects, both large and small.
• Collaborate with the team to create clear and effective Standard Operating Procedures.

Communication & Awareness Focus We are particularly looking for someone who can help us “bring cybersecurity to the business.”

Tasks:

• Help craft and deliver engaging security messages and campaigns that resonate with different audiences (production, IT, business functions).
• Translate technical topics into clear, actionable guidance and stories that promote secure behavior.
• Support awareness initiatives (e.g., intranet articles, newsletters, posters, lunch-and-learns, town halls) and measure their impact.
• Partner with stakeholders across the site to champion best practices and reinforce a strong security culture.

What We Are Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., IT, cybersecurity, information systems, or related disciplines) at a Danish University
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills—both verbal and written—with an ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
• Structured, analytical, and detail oriented.
• Actively engaged, with a can-do attitude and motivated by taking ownership.
• Experience or interest in internal communications, content creation, or change management is a plus.

Your New Department As part of the Global Information Security Organization at Fujifilm Biotechnologies, you will report to the OT Cybersecurity Lead and focus primarily on cybersecurity, with the potential to support broader IT/security-related activities.

The Global Information Security Organization (GISO) manages cybersecurity across our global sites and supports users, IT departments, and production facilities in meeting cybersecurity requirements through clear processes and procedures. Our goal is to secure our sites so the business can operate securely and reliably, delivering high-quality products to our customers.
