What you will accomplish with us
As a Student - Administrator, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Create contracts for certain of our distribution networks;
Process updates to our partners’ information, including personal contact information, licences, as well as errors and omissions insurance;
Carry out contract transfers following a change of advisor and enter the applicable fees, where applicable;
Enter manual adjustments related to compensation in administrative systems;
Ensure the digital archiving of documents that must be kept in files.
What could accelerate your success in this position
We are looking for a person who:
Is currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in business administration or in a related field;
Is known for its meticulousness in adhering to established procedures;
Stands out through their sense of organization;
Demonstrates ease in working under pressure in an environment involving several systems;
Demonstrates excellent prioritization skills;
Is available to work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during the summer, with the possibility of extension on a part-time basis upon the return to classes;
Has an intermediate level of knowledge of the English language, since the person will be required to modify data in contracts in English and communicate by email with sector partners and English-speaking colleagues approximately 70% of the time, on a weekly basis.
