Responsibilities

  • Own global product P&L performance by defining and delivering product strategies and roadmaps that drive client value and sustainable competitive advantage

  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities, translating insights into product designs and go‑to‑market strategies that enable successful product and brand launches

  • Partner cross‑functionally with product development, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure client needs and value propositions are embedded throughout the product lifecycle

  • Develop and execute product positioning, branding, and marketing themes aligned with target client demographics and business objectives

  • Drive adoption and growth by aligning product capabilities, messaging, and media channels to maximize client and user engagement

Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in structured products, derivatives, or capital markets within a banking or financial services environment

  • Solid foundation in structured products mechanics, including payoffs, pricing logic, and product lifecycle

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work through product details, scenarios, and risk considerations

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple tasks with accuracy and discipline

  • Demonstrated ability to support deal execution and follow-through, coordinating closely with trading, sales, risk, and operations

  • High level of attention to detail and ownership mindset to ensure timely and accurate delivery

  • Highly motivated, hard-working self-starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and build expertise in structured products

  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline; CFA/FRM a plus

  • Nice to have: working knowledge of VBA, Python, or similar tools to improve efficiency, analysis, or automation
