The Role
We are looking for a Structural Engineer for our road and highways projects in Lahore, Pakistan. The role will be responsible for structural analysis, design review, and technical support to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant structural solutions in line with project requirements and applicable standards.

• Carry out and review structural design work for bridges, culverts, retaining structures, and other highway-related civil structures.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, design drawings, specifications, and technical reports in accordance with project requirements and relevant codes and standards.
• Provide technical input and support during design development, tendering, and construction stages to ensure structural integrity and constructability.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and respond to technical queries related to structural works during construction.
• Identify structural risks and provide practical design solutions and mitigation measures to ensure safety, durability, and cost efficiency.

With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

Suitable applicants will have/be:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, preferably on road, highways, or major infrastructure projects in Pakistan.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, relevant international and local codes, and engineering practices.
• Experience in design review, analysis software, and construction-stage support.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and site personnel.
