THE ROLE: 

Join the Genius team powering fan engagement with smart ads, AI-driven broadcasts, epic stats, and gamified experiences.

Join our team as a Streaming Technical Support Analyst. This role supports the stability and quality of live video streams delivered from multiple venues. You will monitor real-time feeds, troubleshoot streaming issues, and work closely with internal teams and partners to resolve incidents quickly. The role requires focus, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm in live environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Monitor live video streams to ensure stable, high-quality delivery to end users.
  • Troubleshoot video streaming and technical issues in real time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or the Development Team when required.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing updates, resolutions, and technical feedback.
  • Maintain and update the Knowledge Base with recurring issues and documented solutions.
  • Support small projects or additional tasks assigned by your line manager or technical specialist.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure in live environments.
  • Confidence working independently and taking initiative when needed.
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn video streaming concepts.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting processes.

IT WILL BE A BONUS IF YOU HAD

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, AWS, or Jupyter Notebook.
  • Exposure to video streaming, multimedia systems, live broadcasting, or API concepts.
  • Experience in a support or service desk environment, or basic scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
