Fi Money is a new age money management app designed to simplify your financial life. With Fi, you can save, pay, invest, or borrow, all in one place. You can track and analyze your expenses across Fi and all your other bank accounts. You can also apply for a credit card, access instant loans, and grow your wealth and more with our range of investment options.
We’re looking for a Strategy Program Manager to drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives across Fi. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and can turn strategy into structured execution. You’ll work closely with leadership and teams across Product, Ops, Risk, Finance, and Tech to improve processes, drive automation, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
-Lead and execute cross-functional projects that align with key business priorities — from customer experience to operational scalability.
-Identify inefficiencies across functions and design automation or process improvement initiatives to fix them.
-Build program plans, define success metrics, and ensure timely delivery through structured execution.
-Partner with Product and Engineering teams to scope automation opportunities and streamline workflows.
-Collaborate with leadership on strategic problem statements — turning high-level goals into actionable plans.
-Track program outcomes through dashboards, reviews, and business reporting.
-Create clarity across teams by communicating progress, blockers, and impact effectively.
What You’ll Need:
-3–5 years of experience in program management, strategy, or business operations, preferably in fintech, startups, or consulting.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
-Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional stakeholders.
-Hands-on comfort with data — Excel, Sheets, SQL or dashboarding tools (a plus).
-Exposure to automation tools, workflow design, or process re-engineering.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work with leadership teams.
-A self-starter mindset — someone who takes ownership and delivers outcomes with minimal supervision.
