The Opportunity
As part of the Deals Strategy team you are expected to work with leading bulge & mid-market PE clients to help them enhance deal outcomes. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyzes of complex data and developing impactful work plans.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science
- 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master of Business Administration in Management preferred
- Broad knowledge in commercial due diligence
- Proficiency in mergers, integrations, and divestitures
- Strategic planning and business review experience
- Building and maintaining strategic client relationships
- Managing complex projects and trusted advisor roles
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyzes
- Coaching and guiding staff

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
