We are seeking an experienced and strategic EPMO Leader for CapEx Management to join our team. This pivotal role ensures that our capital investments are strategically aligned, financially disciplined, and governed with rigor. The successful candidate will provide transparent reporting and strong stakeholder engagement, enabling senior executives to make informed decisions that maximize business value and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business case development and portfolio prioritization in collaboration with global, regional, finance, and technology leaders.
  • Monitor budgets and spending to ensure financial discipline and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive benefits realization and provide comprehensive reporting to senior leadership.
  • Manage risks and issues related to CapEx projects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for senior executives on CapEx matters, facilitating governance and communication.
  • Continuously improve CapEx governance processes and prepare the organization for scaling the ePMO function.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in project portfolio management, program management, or PMO leadership, with a focus on capital expenditure or large-scale investments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and deliver executive-level governance and reporting.
  • Strong financial acumen, including business case development and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2) and portfolio management tools.
  • Experience in a matrixed, global environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP) preferred.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $130,300 to $260,600.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
