You will be responsible for the following:
Oversees governance projects to ascertain that the company is operating in accordance with its prescribed policies and procedures, laws and regulations
Work closely with the governance teams (Audit, Risk, Compliance, Corporate Strategy, Business teams) to ensure regular substantial progress and on time and in full completion of all regulatory findings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding and adherence to internal process and policies, laws and regulations.
Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications on strategic projects and partnerships
Handles special projects as requested by top management and performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Develops and crafts presentations and reports for key stakeholders
Oversees the prompt closure of regulatory findings, position paper, enforcement of identified risks and to ensure compliance to applicable policies, laws and regulations
Oversees the management and facilitation of all aspects of board operations, ensuring smooth communication, coordination and execution of key initiatives such as comprehensive meeting agendas, presentations, schedule and ensures alignment with corporate strategy and affairs.
Ensures stakeholder communication. Oversees the communication of governance requirements and ensures guidance and support are provided by Governance teams in understanding and adhering to policies.
Prepare regular reports on governance metrics for executive view
Drives overall team engagement, enablement and empowerment through process improvements, standardization practices and team buildings.
You will be responsible for the following:
With Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Governance or any related field.
With excellent leadership, people and communication and project management skills
With proven experience in business governance or a related role
With experience on addressing governance issues
With experience on being a detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
With strong work ethics and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
With excellent functional experience and demonstrated ability to drive change in the process
