Finni Health

Strategy and Operations Associate

Remote Full-time

🚀 Strategy and Operations Associate - Scaling the Agentic Platform for ABA

Finni Health — backed by Y Combinator and General Catalyst — has evolved from a clinic management tool into the definitive agentic platform for ABA practice ownership. We empower providers to own, operate, and scale thriving practices. Today, over 1,000 children on our platform receive 600,000+ annualized care hours - and we are just getting started!

We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Associate to help solve some of the most complex and high-impact strategic challenges facing Finni as we scale. With Series B on the horizon, we are assembling the team that will define our next phase of growth.

About the Role

The BizOps team is focused on solving Finni Health's most important and complex business challenges. We're a small team of generalists who operate with urgency, think rigorously, and own high-stakes work that directly shapes how Finni grows.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you will work closely with company leadership, shaping the decisions that determine how Finni performs and scales. You will own complex initiatives end-to-end: defining the problem, building the analysis, designing the solution, driving execution, and measuring outcomes. Your work will cut across the full business — strategy, finance, revenue cycle, go-to-market, partnerships, analytics, legal and product development.

The problems are ambiguous. The stakes - and the rewards - are real! If you are energized by building order and structure out of complexity, leveraging data to drive decisions, and using emerging AI tools to scale operations, this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Enterprise-Level Strategy: Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning operational scaling, growth strategy, cost optimization, workflow automation, and new product initiatives - driving each from problem definition and analysis through execution and measurable results.

  • Turn Strategy into Execution: Partner with leadership to translate company strategy into tactical operational plans, execute operating cadences, and track performance against company-wide KPIs.

  • Build the Analytical Engine: Design and maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and analytical frameworks that give leadership and clinic operators clear, actionable visibility into business performance.

  • Automate & Scale: Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows and drastically reduce manual overhead using AI tools, data pipelines, and intelligent process redesign.

  • Financial & Growth Modeling: Develop rigorous financial models, business cases, and multi-year projections that support key investment, pricing, and growth decisions.

  • Empower Practice Owners: Partner with practice owners and Practice Success team to identify levers for clinic-level growth, utilization improvement, and operational efficiency.

  • Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate vendors and partners using structured frameworks, support contract negotiations, and drive accountability against agreed service levels.

About You

  • Experience : 3–6 years in management consulting, internal strategy, BizOps at high-growth startups, or a similarly rigorous analytical and operating role.

  • Builder Mentality & AI Fluency: Experience in building scalable processes from scratch, with hands-on familiarity building and deploying AI agents to accelerate workflows.

  • Data & BI Proficiency: Strong command of SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets. Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, or PowerBI.

  • Financial Modeling: Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills — financial modeling, scenario analysis, and multi-variable projections.

  • Cross-Functional Execution : Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive complex projects to completion while aligning various stakeholders.

  • Executive Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication — able to synthesize complex analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations.

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

What We Offer

  • High-Impact Opportunity: A rare opportunity to join a hyper-growth, YC and top-tier VC-backed startup at a genuine inflection point — based in Toronto with a flexible hybrid model — with direct exposure to senior leadership.

  • Compensation: Competitive salary and early-stage equity.

  • Top-Tier Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Flexibility : Flexible PTO and remote-first work culture.

  • Mission-Driven Work: The opportunity to make a tangible, life changing impact on the lives of children with autism and the care providers.
