Head of Sales, Nordics, Benelux & Emerging Regions

About the Team & Role
Miro is looking to hire a senior leader to run the Nordics, Benelux and Emerging markets Sales teams, driving the company through the next phase of growth in these regions as we rapidly expand our product portfolio.

This role will report into our VP of EMEA and will be a key member of the EMEA and global sales leadership organization. This is an ideal role for someone who is a natural builder with a passion for sales, strategy and motivated by developing talent and creating high performing teams.

Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in office culture as our baseline.
What you’ll do
  • Formulate our go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with sales leadership, revenue operations, product and marketing. Miro has significantly expanded the product portfolio through acquisition and internal development
  • Run and continue to coach, train, and develop a diverse team of sales leaders and sales people that will sell across various motions and segments
  • Work directly with our largest customers to drive satisfaction and further engagement
  • Develop plans and build the path to investment and expansion in emerging regions
  • Help improve our offerings by providing salespeople’s and customers’ perspective to the product team especially with respect to the aspects of localization and specific market needs
What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in high-growth Enterprise SaaS companies with consistent high performance and career traction (preferred to have second line ‘manager of managers’ experience)
  • 3+ years sales leadership experience in a multi-product environment with direct or indirect specialty team leadership
  • Experience running a complex multi-motion sales organization including both high-velocity sales and strategic $1M+ deals
  • Substantial experience in one or both of Nordics and Benelux markets (desirable to also have experience in one or more of Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa markets)
  • Experience developing and managing partnerships in mature and emerging markets
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Partners, Professional Services and Customer Success to achieve measurable customer outcomes
