Overview
The Strategy & Operations Analyst will play a critical role in enabling high-impact operational and commercial initiatives across the organization. This role combines structured analysis with hands-on process development and execution. It is designed for someone who wants to understand how a fintech operates at a granular level — and help improve it in real time. This is a highly ownership-driven position within a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational and commercial opportunities (e.g., pricing, workflows, performance gaps) and assess potential impact.
Translate insights into structured operational processes that can be executed reliably.
Drive implementation of new workflows and monitor their performance.
Develop documentation and playbooks that ensure repeatability and clarity across teams.
Support cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Risk, Customer Experience, and Growth.
Leverage AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, agent-based workflows) to improve process efficiency over time.

Qualifications
Strong Excel proficiency and comfort with structured data analysis.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
Exposure to startup or fintech environments.
Experience with BI tools or SQL.
