Role Overview

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, business-oriented Strategic Projects Manager to join our team, reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives. This role will focus on driving product relevance and accelerating sales growth across all customer touchpoints.

This position goes beyond reporting. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, target markets, and commercial model to deliver data-driven insights that shape strategy and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Ownership
    • Own key product and sales datasets end-to-end, including validating data, reconciling disparate datasets, and ensuring consistency across systems.
    • Partner with the Data Insights team to design scalable, trusted data models within Snowflake, Postgres, and SQL Server that serve as a source of truth across the organization.
  • Dashboarding & Performance Tracking
    • Build, maintain, and continually improve dashboards to improve visibility into overall business health.
    • Monitor product performance, customer behavior, and sales growth across key KPIs at various levels (e.g., brand, category, region).
  • Strategic Insights & Thought Partnership
    • Lead retrospective analyses across strategic initiatives, pilots, or decisions to surface what is working and identify areas for improvement.
    • Deliver actionable, data-backed recommendations that influence product, merchandising, and sales strategy.
    • Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders in a variety of formats, including ongoing reporting, written or verbal updates, and formal presentations.
    • Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, identifying opportunities or risks before they emerge.
  • AI Innovation
    • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline analysis and identify opportunities to replace manual processes.
    • Experiment with emerging technologies (e.g., “vibe coding” environments, AI copilots) to rapidly prototype models and increase team productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or consulting roles (consumer goods or design-related industry a plus).
  • Advanced SQL fluency to join relational tables, build analytical datasets, and manipulate fact / dimension models.
  • Strong experience with Power BI and familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
  • Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and cleaning/structuring data for business use.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; able to translate data into compelling stories for non-technical partners.
  • Strong time management with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and effectively balance priorities.
  • Passion for design, product, and customer relevance is a plus.

Salary Range
$75,000$90,000 USD
