As Strategic People Analytics Leader, you will serve as the quantitative thought partner to our executive leadership team, transforming complex workforce and organizational data into actionable insights that inform enterprise strategy. About the Role
Reporting within the Office of the Chief People Officer, this high-visibility role acts as the critical bridge between workforce data and strategic decision-making. You will lead advanced analytics initiatives that illuminate talent trends, organizational performance, and workforce dynamics—while partnering closely with Finance and occasionally Operations to ensure alignment with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate combines intellectual rigor, strategic vision, and the confidence to engage with senior leaders on the most pressing people-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Analytics & Strategic Oversight
- Workforce Insights Leadership: Analyze complex people and organizational data, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the C-suite.
- Assumption Challenging: Collaborate with senior leaders to validate assumptions in workforce planning, talent investments, and organizational design. Bring the gravitas to respectfully challenge and guide decisions.
- Strategic Storytelling: Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations to the Board and Executive team, highlighting workforce performance drivers, emerging risks, and talent opportunities.
2. Workforce Modeling & Scenario Planning
- Talent & Organizational Deep Dives: Build and maintain models that connect workforce metrics (e.g., retention, productivity, engagement) to business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Finance on budgeting and workforce planning, ensuring alignment between talent strategy and financial priorities. Collaborate with Operations as needed to support organizational effectiveness.
- Data Integrity & Governance: Champion best-in-class methodologies and uphold rigorous standards for data accuracy and analytical excellence.
3. Mentorship & Growth
- Team Elevation: Serve as a mentor and thought leader, elevating analytical capabilities across People, Finance, and Strategy teams.
- Career Trajectory: Use this role as a launchpad for senior leadership by owning high-priority strategic initiatives that shape organizational direction.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering); MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Experience: 4–8 years in a demanding quantitative environment, including 4+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent experience in investment banking, corporate strategy, or advanced FP&A in a high-growth company.
- Technical Mastery: Expert in advanced analytics, statistical methods, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Strong financial modeling required; SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with exceptional commitment to delivery.
