PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner M/F/D. What if it was you?  

Your mission: The Strategic HR Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor to HC Line of services (LoS) Leader, translating business priorities into actionable people's plans. This role combines operational excellence with forward‑looking HR support, ensuring talent, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness are addressed holistically. 

The HRBP collaborates closely with Business Leaders and Partners upon specific needs, HR Centers of Expertise (Talent, DEI&W, People Relationship Management, Mobility, Compensation & Benefits) and HR Operations to ensure coherent and aligned HR solutions across the firm. 

Be a part of our team where you will: 

  • Support business leaders by translating business and LoS/department priorities into actionable people initiatives, while acting as a trusted advisor who provides strategic HR guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, team dynamics and organizational design; 
  • Support organizational change and transformation projects, contribute to change initiatives (new operating models, digital transformation) by preparing impact analyses and communication plans;
  • Participate in the conversations with the LoS Leaders on the data provided by the HR Operations post talent reviews, providing insights on talent strengths, development needs, succession risks, and retention priorities;
  • Drive capability development with the business;
  • Support crossHR collaboration and solution deliver, partner with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Operations and other LoS HRBPs to deliver consistent, aligned, endtoend HR solutions;
  • Use people data to drive insight‑based decisions, analyze dashboards, engagement results, turnover metrics, and workforce indicators to produce simple, actionable insights for leaders and partners;
  • Encourage inclusive practices, address culture evolution, support psychological safety, and help implement firm culture priorities at LoS level;
  • Communicate effectively across stakeholders.

  • Have minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR function with experience in HRBP role;
  • Showcase business acumen & strategic thinking; 
  • Build trust quickly with leaders and internal teams;
  • Understand the business model, client challenges, and market context;
  • Connect HR insights to business performance and priorities;
  • Show agility and experience in change leadership;
  • Support leaders in navigating change and adopting new ways of working;
  • Encourage adaptability and continuous improvement;
  • Have experience in talent & leadership development;
  • Work effectively across HR streams and with business leaders;
  • Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with maturity and professionalism;
  • Communicate with clarity, empathy, and credibility;
  • Influence leaders using data, insights, and sound judgment;
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of HR processes, Luxembourg labor law, and people management practices;
  • Have proven ability to analyze people metrics and turn insights into action; 
  • Show high integrity, confidentiality, and maturity in handling complex situations.
