đ Purpose of role
To design and deliver an outstanding Hiring Coordination service in the Executive & Board Hiring squad. Youâll partner with Exec Recruiters, Executive Assistants and search firms to ensure a seamless exec hiring process. Youâll schedule interviews for our most senior candidates and roles. Youâll also manage successful candidatesâ pre-onboarding journey (systems onboarding, travel & accommodation, equipment delivery, background checks), and work with the teams theyâre joining to make sure their onboarding plans run like clockwork and theyâre set up for success from day 1 and beyond.

Creating and maintaining a world class Hiring Coordination process for all of Monzoâs candidates. The role has a primary focus on VP, C Level and Board members, but will support roles at all levels. Day to day responsibilities include:
