Strategic Design Advisor (Low Band 4) 
  
For our Strategic Change team we are looking for a Strategic Design Advisor. 
  
YOUR JOB 
As a Strategic Design Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Strategic Change Organisation’s mission to accelerate transformation and foster a culture of recognition and engagement across IHDS. Reporting to the Strategic Design Lead, you will partner closely to enable the Change Catalyst Program and help launch the IHDS Recognition Program, helping to drive impactful change and celebrate achievements at all levels. 
  
Your role will provide: 
  
·       Change Catalyst Program Support 
·       Assist in the coordination and delivery of Change Catalyst program, including initiative analytics, communications, and operational support. 
·       Facilitate initiative streams under the guidance of sponsors. 
·       Help organise and facilitate training, mentorship, and networking opportunities for Change Catalyst cohorts. 
·       Support the development and tracking of program metrics and outcomes. 
·       Contribute to internal communications, cohort updates, and storytelling to build visibility and engagement.


·       Recognition Program Support 
·       Collaborate with HR and initiative leads to implement and enhance the Change Culture Recognition Program. 
·       Assist in the design, launch, and monitoring of recognition initiatives, including peer-to-peer and manager-to-employee awards. 
·       Gather feedback, analyse program effectiveness, and support continuous improvement. 
  
·       Development of SME Pool 
·       Collaborate with the initiative lead and tech organisation to implement the SME pool across IHDS 
·       Support the identification and engagement of subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organisation to accelerate change initiatives. 
·       Assist in building and maintaining a pool of SMEs, ensuring diverse expertise is represented. 
  
·       Culture & Engagement 
·       Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. 
·       Support engagement activities, workshops, and forums to increase buy-in and future-proof the organisation. 
·       Act as a change ambassador, modelling desired behaviours and encouraging others to participate in change and recognition efforts.
