Cette fonction est partie intégrante de l’équipe Go-to-Market chez Shift et est absolument essentielle au succès futur de l’entreprise, car elle interagit avec nos clients afin de favoriser l’adoption et de démontrer la valeur continue de nos solutions. Cette fonction critique est responsable de l’intégration de nouveaux assureurs en engageant les dirigeants (Directeur Sinistres, Responsable Fraude, DSI, Responsable Conformité, etc.) lors du lancement des solutions de Shift, de la conduite de l’adoption et du fonctionnement continus, ainsi que de la gestion des renouvellements de contrats. Vous collaborez avec le reste de l’organisation Shift pour découvrir de nouvelles façons d’intégrer Shift au sein du client et contribuer à l’amélioration de nos produits.
En tant que Strategic Customer Partner, vous êtes responsable de la relation globale, de la croissance, de la satisfaction et de la rétention d’un portefeuille régional d’assureurs. En travaillant en étroite collaboration avec diverses équipes internes et externes, vous vous concentrez en permanence sur l’accompagnement des départements Sinistres et/ou des équipes Lutte contre la Fraude & Conformité, en leur apportant conseils et orientations, en veillant à ce que nos solutions soient implémentées avec succès, et en générant durablement de la valeur pour l’activité des assureurs.
Nous recherchons des membres d’équipe agiles, capables de créer et gérer aisément des relations fructueuses et durables, et qui n’ont pas besoin de processus rigides ou d’une structure figée pour performer.
