Job Summary
• This role is responsible for designing and driving complex, integrated solution offerings for major global companies, leading the development of strategic relationships with key partners, and identifying and prioritizing ecosystem partners to align with the organization's product and service offerings. The role also involves strategizing partner network integration into business initiatives, overseeing training and sales support, and overseeing marketing programs with partners. The role manages and optimizes partner market development funds and provides team mentorship while contributing to complex problem-solving and strategy development within the area of expertise.

Responsibilities
• Designs and drives complex, integrated current and future solution offerings based on internal products/services and external partner offerings for major global companies.
• Leads development and nurtures strategic relationships with key partners, including business, technology, and channel partners.
• Leads identification and prioritization of key ecosystem partners to drive technical and business alignment with organization’s product/services offerings.
• Strategizes partner network and integrates partners into strategic business initiative to drive market and platform direction.
• Oversees training and sales support and helps in development and delivery of sales education program for channel and partner sales forces.
• Oversees creation and execution of marketing programs and solutions with partners, driving demand and incremental revenue for organization’s offerings.
• Manages and optimizes partner market development funds (MDF), including tracking availability, utilization and compliance, and proposing new MDF-based initiatives.
• Contributes innovative ideas and leads large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in marketing, partner, sales, industry, channel , or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $170,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
