Team mission
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead, Lifecycle Content & Strategy to own and elevate our lifecycle marketing efforts across the customer journey. This is a strategic and operational role for a leader who excels at crafting compelling content, building personalized journeys, and driving engagement through storytelling and data-driven segmentation.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the lifecycle content strategy, developing tailored onboarding and retention flows, and ensuring our messaging resonates across all customer segments. You’ll work closely with product marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive brand experience, while owning the vision and results of lifecycle programs.
Your mission
- Own and define the lifecycle content strategy: Lead the vision and execution of messaging frameworks, audience segmentation, and journey mapping across all touchpoints.
- Develop segmentation and personalization: Build and optimize personalized journeys for key cohorts, leveraging insights and data.
- Create and refine lifecycle flows: Design onboarding, engagement, and retention programs that tell a compelling brand story and drive measurable results.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product marketing, creative, and CRM teams to deliver integrated content and campaigns.
- Content calendar and campaign planning: Oversee the lifecycle content calendar and ensure timely, relevant, and impactful campaigns.
- Analyze and optimize: Use customer feedback and journey analytics to continuously refine messaging, content, and segmentation strategies.
Your toolkit
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or content strategy roles
- Deep expertise in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and messaging frameworks
- Strong storytelling skills: able to craft compelling narratives that drive engagement
- Hands-on operator: comfortable developing content, building journeys, and optimizing flows
- Proven experience collaborating with product marketing, creative, and CRM teams
- Strong analytical skills: able to interpret customer data and journey analytics to optimize strategy
- Experience with Braze and other marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Preferably: experience in the marketplace, SaaS, or high-growth consumer businesses.
