We’re looking for a Strategic Account Coordinator to join our Corporate Sales team based in London
HCA UK’s corporate sales team manage over 1000 corporate clients delivering screening, occupational health, psychological and primary care services and helping clients integrate access to our unmatched system of healthcare. The team also develop opportunities for new business and partnerships with intermediaries and third parties to provide a rich corporate proposition.
As a Strategic Account Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in the success and growth of our corporate client portfolio. This role is designed to provide proactive, high-level support to Strategic Client Directors, ensuring that our most valued clients receive an exceptional experience that drives retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership.
Internally, you’ll act as a connector—bringing together departments such as Operations, Legal, IT, Marketing, and Data, to ensure that client requirements are met with precision and agility. Externally, you’ll represent the organisation with professionalism and warmth, contributing to an efficient client experience.
