At IDEXX, a global leader in Veterinary Diagnostics, we’re excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Stores Officer to join our high‑performing Distribution Centre team in Rydalmere.
In this hands‑on role, you’ll play an important part in ensuring our customers receive the products they rely on to keep pets and animals healthy. Reporting to the Distribution Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
Accurately receiving and checking incoming goods
Efficient picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
Completing weekly cycle counts
Supporting general warehouse duties
Occasionally working within our onsite cold storage area
Shift Details
Standard shift: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Training period shift: 9:00am – 5:00pm (for the initial training phase)

1-2 + years’ experience in warehousing
An ability and commitment to meet and exceed set KPI’s.
An aptitude to perform medium level computer and paperwork tasks.
Experience using SAP or a similar inventory management system would be an advantage.
Experience pick-packing using an RF scanner (hand-held terminal unit)
Computer Skills
Commitment and dedication to work.
A focus on safety and WHS principles.
A "can do" attitude and customer focus, well organised, excellent attention to detail.
The ability to think on their feet and looking for continuous improvement.
