As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of our Parramatta store. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team focused on delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales outcomes and operating to the highest professional standards.
This role suits a leader who can balance commercial performance with care, and who is comfortable working within a structured, regulated healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating and sustaining a customer‑first culture that consistently delivers excellent service
Leading, motivating, coaching and developing a high‑performing team
Driving sales performance and achievement of KPIs
Building strong relationships with Sleep Physicians, GPs, Sleep Laboratories and allied health professionals
Managing rosters, leave and staffing levels aligned to store demand
Recruiting, onboarding and mentoring team members
Managing stock control, merchandising and inventory processes
Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams and other Store Managers

You are a confident, people‑focused leader who enjoys developing others and driving results in a professional environment.
You will bring:
Proven success in retail or customer‑focused management
Strong leadership capability, with experience recruiting and motivating teams
A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to lead through change
A sales‑driven approach balanced with service excellence
Excellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Experience managing team performance, training and development
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy or medical retail is advantageous but not essential.
