SCHEDULE: M-F 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
SUMMARY
As a Stockroom Clerk, you will support hospital operations by maintaining inventory, receiving and distributing supplies, and ensuring departments are stocked with essential materials for patient care and daily operations.
ATTRIBUTES
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
Ability to perform basic math and interpret requisitions
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supply & Distribution. Maintain accurate inventory levels; restock supply and exchange carts; rotate stock to remove expired items; distribute supplies to departments and ensure timely completion of daily assignments
Receiving & Inventory Control. Verify incoming shipments against packing slips; report discrepancies or damages; store materials in proper locations; assist with physical inventory counts and tracking
Messenger Services. Fulfill departmental supply requests via phone or system; transport materials and ensure proper documentation and delivery; respond to urgent and STAT requests in a timely manner
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1 year of materials handling or related work experience required
Basic computer proficiency required

PAY RANGE:
$18.10 - $25.72The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
