Stewarding SUPERVISOR

About the Role:

The Steward is an essential part of the Food & Beverage and Culinary operations, responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all kitchen and back-of-house areas. This role supports service excellence by ensuring that all equipment, utensils, and workspaces meet Four Seasons standards, HACCP guidelines, and local health and safety regulations.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchens, dishwashing areas, storage rooms, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
  • Support daily Food & Beverage operations by ensuring adequate availability of clean equipment during service.
  • Follow all HACCP, health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
  • Handle waste disposal, recycling, and cleaning chemical usage according to established guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of floors, walls, work surfaces, and kitchen equipment.
  • Support the stewarding team and supervisors with daily operational tasks as assigned.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with Culinary and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in a stewarding, kitchen, or back-of-house role is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, HCCP and food safety standards.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures accurately.
  • Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Must have the rights to work in Italy
