The Procter & Gamble Careers STEM Early College Academy Apprenticeship is a paid, hands‑on learning opportunity for high school students interested in STEM careers. Students will work alongside Procter & Gamble (Gillette) Scientists and Engineers on real‑world projects in areas such as Research & Development or Engineering.

During the program, students will:

• Gain exposure to professional STEM work environments
• Develop technical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Learn how classroom STEM concepts are applied in industry
• Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals

This internship is designed to help students explore STEM career pathways, build confidence, and prepare for college and future careers.

Students selected for an experience with Procter & Gamble/Gillette will have an opportunity to work Full-time for 8 weeks in the summer. You'll receive business training, perform tasks that are a match with your skills, have a real "hands-on" experience and "own" significant responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

• Intend to continue your education
• Desire to learn more about business opportunities before entering college

Those who meet the above qualifications could be invited to participate in a telephone screening interview. We will select participants for STEM Early College Academy Partnership from those screening interviews.
