WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU
SDSA is seeking a hands‑on programmer for a 12‑month secondment to support Real‑World Evidence (RWE) analytics. This role is intended for an experienced analyst who is interested in expanding their exposure to real‑world data and RWE methodologies while contributing directly to study and rapid analytics delivery. This is an individual contributor role with a strong focus on execution and delivery; it does not include people‑management responsibilities.
HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
Perform analytics in SAS and R, to support RWE studies and rapid analytics initiatives using real‑world data sources (e.g., claims, EHR, country and CMS data).
Develop and validate analysis datasets, tables, figures, and listings in accordance with internal quality and compliance standards.
Implement and maintain reusable, standardized programming assets (e.g., macros, functions, templates).
Collaborate closely with statisticians, epidemiologists, and cross‑functional partners to deliver timely, high‑quality outputs.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to programming efficiency and standardization within SDSA RWE.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
BA/BS with 4+ years of experience and/ OR MBA/MS with 2+ years of experience.
Demonstrated experience as a statistical programmer (e.g., SAS and/or R).
Interest in or prior experience with real‑world data and RWE analytics.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality deliverables.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
Nice-to-Have
CMO experience strongly preferred.
PhD or JD with 0+ years of experience.

Secondment 12 months

There will be no change to your current work location.
Position is considered Flexible, and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day (LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
