Provide stakeholder insight, risk intelligence and advice to senior leaders and programme teams
Manage issues and complaints sensitively and effectively, protecting Anglian Water’s reputation
Lead, coach and develop a small stakeholder engagement team, setting high standards and building capability

Significant experience leading stakeholder and community engagement for major infrastructure schemes, ideally in regulated sectors
A strong understanding of the UK planning environment, including TCPA and EIA processes
Experience engaging on sensitive or controversial issues, building trust through transparency and clear communication
