ABOUT THIS EPIC OPPORTUNITY
Since its inception in early 2025, the Social and Stakeholder Services team has built a strong and exciting pipeline of future projects. With major work ahead, we’re expanding and this is your opportunity to be part of something impactful.
Epic is seeking a motivated, experienced, and passionate Stakeholder and Social Services Consultant to join our growing team in either our Brisbane or Sydney office.
In this role, you will shape and deliver meaningful stakeholder engagement by leading planning, management, and implementation activities. You’ll be a trusted advisor on regulatory and approvals processes, helping to guide clients through complex environments with confidence.

The position requires the ability to travel, engage directly with stakeholders, and facilitate open, constructive conversations that lead to better outcomes.
WHAT MAKES YOU EPIC
To be considered for this position you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
Relevant tertiary qualifications, ideally in Social Science or Social Planning
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement planning and implementation
Experience in Social Impact Assessment and management planning preferred
5+ years of relevant demonstrated experience working under applicable Queensland and/or New South Wales legislation
Previous experience with project management preferrable
Knowledge and experience with cultural heritage and traditional owner engagement highly regarded but not a requirement
