Job Description:
As the Staffing Resource Lead on this program, you will support the staffing needs for an Agile, SecDevOps program focused on the development, maintenance and enhancement of technical applications and tools. The Staffing Resource Lead is responsible for supporting the staffing needs of the program and appropriately allocating the resources. This role is also responsible for supporting other staffing needs, such as project plans, forecasting needs, filling positions, maintaining qualifications oversight, managing retention, on-boarding and off-boarding, coordinating staff recruitment across team members and working with Leidos human resource management personnel.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include planning, organizing, managing, and coordinating staffing efforts with TA, subcontracts, finance, security and the Program Management Office (PMO). Assist in preparing and maintaining operations documentation, user guides and manuals and technical publications.
Manage, track, monitor, analyze and provide suggestions on internal large staffing roster across multiple tasks and projects
Ensure the contract maintains staffing levels across all labor categories and at all locations by working with Human Resources, Talent Acquisitions, hiring managers and other resources on outreach and job recruiting events and marketing
Provide oversight of internal program staffing database tracking 200+ program resources
Manage resource pool of vacancies, candidates, and employees in established resources management tools
Adapt and respond to changing staffing requirements
Produce weekly staffing metric reports to TA, Division, PMO and customer
Continual collaboration with all support elements (both internal and external of Leidos and the program) that contribute to the effective staffing of program and mission execution
Basic Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt in an Agile Environment.
Deep understanding of managing complex staffing and resource requirements.
Deep understanding of project management.
Experience staffing for large technical programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have a Bachelor’s with 4-8 years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 2-4 years prior relevant experience
Candidate must be a US citizen and have an active TS/SCI w/Polygraph
Must be able to work onsite at the customer location
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating in a large technical environment including application development and infrastructure support
Understanding of Agile development methodology
Experience using Resource Management tools
