Build the network engine that turns customers into growth.

As Staff Product Manager – Client Monetisation Networks, you will design and own the product capabilities that transform Ebury’s existing clients, payment flows, and business relationships into a scalable acquisition and distribution system.

From referrals and network discovery, to payment-driven distribution, beneficiary engagement, and ecosystem growth loops — you will shape how value moves through the Ebury network, how connections are formed, and how growth compounds.

You will be building product-native growth systems, embedded directly into core journeys — turning everyday usage into structured, repeatable acquisition.

What you’ll take ownership of

  • Define and own the Client Monetisation Networks domain vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Design and launch in-product referral systems: unique links, attribution, tagging, tracking, and incentive mechanics.
  • Build experimentation frameworks for rewards (cash, vouchers, fee waivers, FX benefits, product value loops).
  • Create payment-as-distribution experiences: confirmation emails, branded tracking journeys, and embedded referral flows.
  • Own network data capture (beneficiary contacts, engagement signals, consented data layers).
  • Design Ebury-to-Ebury discovery and switching flows, increasing internal network density and routing.
  • Build the growth intelligence layer: attribution models, network analytics, viral coefficients, propagation metrics.
  • Partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, Data, Ops, Compliance, and Engineering to embed growth into core workflows.
  • Define the platform primitives (events, APIs, tracking models) that make network growth scalable across regions and products.
  • Enable global rollout through shared capabilities that local teams can adapt and deploy.

What you’ll need

  • Experience in Product, Growth, Platform, or Network-driven roles.
  • Proven track record building product-led growth systems.
  • Strong understanding of network effects, platform dynamics, and ecosystem design.
  • Comfortable working with technical systems: data, events, APIs, attribution models, analytics.
  • Commercially minded and highly analytical.
  • Strong cross-functional operator.
  • Systems thinker with platform discipline.
  • Excited to build and scale a new domain from zero.
