As a Staff Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how traders and capital markets professionals experience financial technology. #

You'll be embedded within a dedicated cross-functional team, driving design excellence while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, traders, and executive leaders. This is an opportunity to shape the future of trading platforms in the most valuable areas of our business.

This role requires 4 days in the office.

What will you do?                                                                                                              

  • Work with the business to transform existing trading platforms and create new products
  • Work with your squad to break down your visions into well-defined deliverables they can execute against
  • Create prototypes, presentations, and videos to showcase product vision and secure stakeholder buy-in
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across capital markets and business lines (retail banking, wealth management, commercial banking etc.) to gain support for design strategies
  • Communicate ideas clearly with your team, design leadership, and executive stakeholders while remaining open to feedback
  • Drive design thinking and product innovation across time horizons, setting long-term goals while landing near-term solutions that meet immediate user needs
  • Be responsible design in your area, from initial discovery and user journey mapping through to final UI design execution
  • Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback from traders and the business
  • Balance ideal experiences with practical trade-offs based on technical constraints and business risk

What do you need?

Must-haves:

  • Extensive product design experience with a track record of shipping transactional experiences
  • Ability to work pragmatically, balancing vision with execution constraints
  • Experience with user research and usability testing
  • Mobile native design experience (iOS/Android)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in capital markets, trading platforms, or financial services
