We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer who’s deeply aligned with our mission to bring a million builders and a billion users onchain. In this role, you’ll design across the full Base ecosystem - from The Base App (consumer onboarding, first-time UX, everyday flows), to Base Builder (developer tooling, dashboards, workflows), to core surfaces like Base Chain and Base Ads that help builders scale and reach new audiences. You’ll partner closely with Design, Product, and Engineering to craft simple, intuitive, onchain-native experiences that serve both sides of the network: the builders creating the next generation of apps, and the consumers using them. Your work will help shape how people discover onchain apps, grow their communities, and understand the value of being on Base - ultimately paving the way for mass adoption.
