Basic Qualifications:
Staff Electrical Engineer (T05):
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university AND 12 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; OR a Master’s degree in a (STEM) discipline from an accredited university AND 10 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; or a Ph.D. (STEM) AND 8 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering.
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
Electronics Engineering experience.
Experience in system- or platform-level roles (cosite/hosted-systems integration preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep expertise in RF, EMC/EMI and cosite interference mitigation — design and test experience resolving inter-system desense, isolation, filtering, shielding and antenna placement trade-offs.
Ability to communicate complex issues effectively to crowds with diverse perspectives.
Ability to prioritize disparate tasks.
