Carnegie Mellon University is searching for a Staff Development Specialist (Trainer) to join our dynamic Learning & Development team within the Office of Human Resources. If you’re passionate about helping others learn, grow, and thrive—and you enjoy bringing ideas to life through high-impact training experiences—this role is for you.
Reporting to the Manager of Training, you will support the development, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs. These programs strengthen the skills, proficiencies, and engagement of staff across campus. You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Director of Learning & Development and HR colleagues to build a learning ecosystem that reflects CMU’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
