Job Purpose:
As a Senior People Business Partner, you will work closely with local and international business leaders to implement the people agenda, supporting sustainable business performance and regulatory compliance. You will lead major HR initiatives and change programs, providing advice in line with local employment laws and ensuring effective delivery of strategic and operational HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a people plan aligned with the overall HR strategy.
  • Address people risk and conduct interventions within the business.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, serving as the primary HR contact.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to develop workforce plans and organisational design.
  • Coordinate services from the HR team to deliver the people plan.
  • Advise on leadership appointments and implement talent and succession plans.
  • Provide strategic insights to shape the HR strategy.
  • Partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • Support cyclical HR programs (e.g., pay reviews, talent boards).
  • Lead the implementation of ongoing and change initiatives.

Experience and Key Competencies:

  • Strong customer orientation and focus on outcomes.
  • From a HR/People background with a strong understanding of local employment legislation.
  • Experience in regulated environments and large multisite organisations.
  • Proven ability to leverage HR to improve business performance.
  • Success in influencing and driving cultural and behavioural change.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to achieve business goals.
  • Strong reputation for personal excellence and delivery.
  • Experience working across regions in Egypt and internationally.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Significant leadership experience, both direct and indirect.
  • Expertise in managing and leading change effectively.
  • Knowledge of regulatory risk and compliance.
