Job Description
Our team is seeking an imaginative, adaptable, and driven learning experience/content designer. This person will actively engage in the conceptualization, design, development, and implementation of various learning products. The role will focus on creating effective, scalable, and engaging learning experiences focusing on WalkMe digital adoption platform.
Responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of implementing WalkMe's digital adoption platform, including the creation and deployment of WalkMe content, including Course Curriculum creation using Learning Arc.
- Collaborate with system and product owners, as well as business analysts, to develop and advance our Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) strategy by leading the design, construction, and ongoing maintenance of internal application deployments. Develop key performance indicators and operational metrics to monitor deployment effectiveness.
- Assess requirements and use cases from internal stakeholders to rapidly design creative solutions within WalkMe. Utilize WalkMe Insights to measure outcomes and iteratively enhance solutions for optimal results.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely readiness, communication, and training for digital adoption content.
- Partner with peers, colleagues, and leadership to address technical challenges and achieve organizational objectives.
- Develop and produce multimedia materials that support guided learning paths utilizing the WalkMe platform.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of learning materials, from initial concept through to completion.
- Ensure solutions are efficient, high-quality, cost-effective, and maintain a well-managed backlog to meet demand.
- Manage the collection and distribution of training materials within both WalkMe and the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Analyze training content to ensure consistency in style and manage both existing and prospective materials.
- Monitor usage and effectiveness metrics, evaluating their impact on project success, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Provide administrative support for enterprise-wide and global information systems training initiatives.
Willingness to work in shift to support US business (No night shift required)
Requirements:
- Over ten years of relevant experience, including a minimum of five years as a learning experience or interaction designer, with demonstrated ability to develop course content and curriculums.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient in WalkMe builder with knowledge of HTML (particularly jQuery), CSS, and/or JavaScript for configuring digital adoption solutions.
- Desired experience with SAP and other ERP platforms.
- Proven track record in supporting implementation initiatives and organizational transformation programs.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management capabilities, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, maintain organizational efficiency, proactively address challenges, and adapt to change within a dynamic environment.
