Essential Job Functions:
• Support customer's complex Container platform on Azure Local.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Container platform components like Prometheus, Thanos, Loki, PagerDuty and Grafana.
• Have in-depth working experience with Terraform, DevOps practice and pipelines management
• Assist in cloud engineering tasks and projects, supporting project success.
• Collaborate with team members to implement cloud solutions and best practices.
• Learn and apply cloud technologies under supervision.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts.
• Seek guidance and mentorship from experienced team members.
• Participate in cloud training programs and certification coursework.
• Contribute to basic troubleshooting and support tasks.
• Stay informed about cloud technology updates and industry trends.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Relevant experience, typically 2+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in 1 or more DevOps toolsets
• Basic coding and debugging skills
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a related field a plus
• Relevant cloud certifications and experience with cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure) a plus
• Working experience with DevOps toolsets and IaC such as Terraform
• Have high level knowledge on Data Analytics such as Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory or Data Lake
